1. 6-Month Program
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your days of going on "the diet of the month" are over.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your outlook on life improves. Cost for 6-Month Program: $250 per month. Extended payment plans available at no extra charge: You can spread the payments out over 1 year ($125 per month) or 2 years ($62.50 a month) if this is more convenient for you.
2. 3-Month Program
An abbreviated version of my 6-month program. The 3-month program will get you started on reaching your goals and is great for those who are looking for a shorter commitment.
Cost for 3-Month Program: $295 per month. Extended payment plans available at no extra charge: You can spread the payments out over 6 months ($147.50 per month) or 1 year ($73.75 a month) if this is more convenient for you.

What is holistic nutrition counseling?
We start with food, but then do so much more. I look at the big picture of your life (a "holistic" view)--what's going on with your eating habits, but also what's happening with your physical activity? Your relationships? Your career or school life? Your stress levels? All of these things play as big a role in your health and well-being as the food you eat. In the programs that I offer, we will address everything that can be affecting how you feel and function. As I say to my clients, if you're constantly stressed to the breaking point, it doesn't matter how much broccoli you eat, you won't be healthy.
What is your background, and how did you become a holistic nutrition counselor?
I received my training at The Herbal Academy, Also studied with leading Holistic Health Expert Dr. Llailah Africa and certified as a Holistic Nutrition Counselor. I am certified in many healing modalities from Crystal healing to herbalism by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and IAOTH.
Prior to beginning my career as a holistic nutrition counselor, I worked for 15 years+ in Fashion as an designer. In addition to working at several start-ups, I spent many years as a consultant for start ups in creative fields as well as holistic.

Who is not likely to benefit from your programs?
If you're looking for another quick-fix diet that will lead to super-fast weight loss, then my programs aren't for you. Weight lost very quickly through restrictive diets is gained back once you return to "normal" eating. My approach is different--by making small, slow changes to your habits, you will see slow and steady weight loss, and then keep the weight off for good. It's also important to note that I cannot magically heal you or zap the pounds off for you--you need to be an engaged partner in the process.
