1. 6-Month Program
Your personalized program will radically improve your understanding of how health and happiness are directly correlated. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Once you go through a purification process a scheduled regimen based on your design will be available. Your days of going on searching are over.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your outlook on life improves. Imagine what your life will be like when you're no longer confused about what to eat and instead have a comfortable relationship with food, a natural desire to eat healthy foods that truly nourish you, and an aversion to the kinds of foods that harm your physical and emotional health.

2. 3-Month Program
An abbreviated version of my 6-month program. The 3-month program will get you started on reaching your goals and is great for those who are looking for a shorter commitment.
A holistic nutrition counselor is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your counselor, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

What is holistic lifestyle counseling?
We start with food, but then do so much more. I look at the big picture of your life (a "holistic" view)--what's going on with your eating habits, but also what's happening with your physical activity? Your relationships? Your career or school life? Your stress levels? All of these things play as big a role in your health and well-being as the food you eat. In the programs that I offer, we will address everything that can be affecting how you feel and function. As I say to my clients, if you're constantly stressed to the breaking point, it doesn't matter how much broccoli you eat, you won't be healthy.
What is your background, and how did you become a holistic lifestyle counselor?
I received my training at The Herbal Academy, Also studied with leading Holistic Health Expert Dr. Llailah Africa and certified as a Holistic Nutrition Counselor. I am certified Psychotherapist and have diploma’s and certificates in many healing modalities from Crystal healing to herbalism by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and IAOTH.
Prior to beginning my career as a holistic lifestyle counselor, I worked for 15 years+ in Fashion as an designer. In addition to working at several start-ups, I spent many years as a consultant for start ups in creative fields as well as holistic.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, clear up a old repetitive issues, prevent the onset of chronic disease, or just generally feel more in alignment, these programs will work for you, as long as you're willing to do the necessary work.
Who is not likely to benefit from your programs?
If you're looking for another quick-fix that will lead to super-fast rexults, then my programs aren't for you. Real change comes through discipline and commitment. My approach is different--by making small, slow changes to your habits, you will see consistent and amazing awareness of self , and then keep the progress goink for good. It's also important to note that I cannot magically heal you or zap the problems away --you need to be an engaged partner in the process.
